Yes, we recommend booking online in advance to secure your preferred time, especially during busy periods.

Parents and carers who come along only to watch don't need a ticket. But because under-5s must be accompanied on the slide, the adult going with them counts as taking part and pays the standard ticket price. You only pay for the people taking part.

Yes, under 5s need a ticket, but it's free of charge. Please book a free under-5 ticket for each young child so we can manage numbers safely. Under-5s must be accompanied on the slide by a paying adult, as set out in our age limit information.The minimum age is 2 years of age - under 2s are not allowed to participate.

Carers accompanying a paying participant go free. As proof of eligibility we accept a valid UK Carers Card or an Access Card showing the +1 symbol. A free carer ticket must still be booked in advance so we can manage numbers.

Yes, if there's space in the next slot. Just ask at the check-in desk and you can extend for another hour at £10 (plus booking fee), subject to availability.

Bookings for the Giant Slip 'n Slide are subject to the following terms and conditions.Cancellations by YouBookings cancelled 5 days or more before your session will receive a full refund (excluding any non-refundable booking fees charged by the booking platform), or you may choose to transfer your booking to another available session.Bookings cancelled less than 5 days before your session are eligible for a 50% refund (excluding booking fees), or you may choose to transfer your booking to another available session, subject to availability.Bookings cannot be cancelled within 72 hours of the scheduled session and no refund will be given, but you may change your booking to another date, subject to availability.Bookings cancelled within 24 hours of the scheduled session are non-refundable, and no cancellation, refund, exchange or transfer is available.Bookings made within 72 hours of the session start time are also non-refundable.Changing Your BookingIf you would like to move your booking to another date or timeslot, you can do this yourself (within the allowed window) by clicking the Manage My Booking link in your confirmation email. Alternatively, please contact us as soon as possible at bookings@graveleyslipandslide.co.uk. We will do our best to accommodate your request, but changes cannot be guaranteed and are subject to availability. Please note that changes are not available within 24 hours of your session.No Shows and Partial AttendanceIf you do not attend your booked session, you will be considered a no show and no refund or credit will be given.No refunds or credits will be given if one or more members of your group choose not to participate on the day.WeatherThe Giant Slip 'n Slide operates in wet weather, and in fact a little rain often makes it even more fun! Sessions will only be cancelled where weather or site conditions make it unsafe to operate, for example:thunderstorms or lightning;high winds;other severe weather conditions; orany other circumstance where we believe it is unsafe to continue. If we cancel your session, you will be offered the choice of:transferring your booking to another available sessiona full refund (excluding any non-refundable booking fees charged by the booking platform, where applicable).If a session is cancelled, we will contact the lead booker using the email address and/or telephone number provided at the time of booking.Booking FeesAny booking or transaction fees charged by our booking provider are non-refundable.Contacting UsIf you need to cancel or amend your booking, please contact us as soon as possible at bookings@graveleyslipandslide.co.uk.
